A few weeks ago I traveled to Raleigh, NC for Jessica & Andrew’s wedding. I have known Jessica for a while and knew how cool she was but it wasn’t until their engagement session that I realized how awesome Andrew was too. See, Jessica is the opposite of shy – in fact she is the type of girl who isn’t afraid to break an awkward silence, or sing a song in it’s entirety in a public restroom, or at the gym, or wherever if she’s feeling it (so I’ve been told). She is someone you can’t help but love & Andrew clearly couldn’t help it either. Andrew is a little bit quieter, but, for Jessica (and their engagement session), he danced in the middle of a small town & dipped his future wife while kissing her on the streets of downtown Lincolnton among Christmas lights and in the freezing cold – that is when I knew that he was perfect for her.
The wedding had a beautiful old hollywood vintage feel and theme which suited Jessica and Andrew perfectly – enjoy the details and photos below:
loved this piece above made by Jessica’s mom.
Below are 2 of my favorite shots from the wedding – just the anticipation on both of their faces….
There was a bit of daylight left so we went outside for a few romantic shots – we wanted to do some photos similar to the ones from their engagement session – so they headed back in for a bouquet toss, a little bit of dancing & then we came back out for some shots that included the beautiful twinkle lights that lined the cobblestone street….(see images further down).
